The General Nipper Groove Handle developed rust leaking from the hinge mechanism after just one clean and sterilisation. This should never happen with proper stainless steel instruments.
I was refused a refund and told by their “technician” that it was due to water quality. I live in North Scotland, an area known for excellent water quality, and I have never experienced this with instruments from other suppliers. I also received other instruments in the same order that were completely fine, so this explanation does not make sense.
When I first called to report the issue, I was rudely questioned about my experience in the industry, which was completely irrelevant. I have been running my own clinic for 3 years and have never encountered customer service like this before.
Very disappointing product quality and the worst customer service I’ve experienced. I would not recommend.
