Zephyros Dust Collector - Table Insert

The table insert version of our best selling dust collector, the Zephyros 😊

Combines the superb dust collection of the Zephyros with the ability to fit it in your table. Comes with fitting instructions but you will need some tools and a handy person to fit this.

The collector itself uses a powerful fan to create a low air pressure above the large air vents. By placing a HEPA and microfibre filter paper on top of this air vent the dust is drawn to the filter and can be easily disposed of afterwards.

Ergonomics, the collector is designed to fit flat to your table for technician comfort and includes the following features:

• Maximum 51db volume - at lower speeds run's evern quieter

• 1.4 m/s of downdraft (over COSHH SR13 guidelines recommendation)

Please note that this dust collector is flush to the table so we wouldn't recommend this particular model if you are using a standard height arm rest. Low profile ones can be okay but otherwise we would suggest a table top model as they fit perfectly under standard arm rests and therefore sit at a much more practical distance to allow the Zephyros to do its job.

Odours/Fumes: This is a dust collection unit, it deals very well at containing dust using a medical-grade filter (with lab results here). It deals with odours by inhaling them above the filter and sending them away out of the immediate environment. Carbon filters are available to help reduce fumes/odours.
